By ideal construction, best choice of materials and perfect welding keep our products a long life warranty (three years Vacuum warranty). The welded construction from high-grade steel/aluminum is one the performances of these MVE of systems, which are submitted of a permanent Quality control in each phase of production.

The tanks are made according to the regulations of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and the TPED laid out and of TÜV tested (with certificates) and removed.

We mostly produce sand castings. We are specialised in the electromechanical field especially in gas sealed castings. Even though we have a very varied product range which includes robotics, furniture, textile machines, marine engines, defence and transport industry. Furthermore, we can supply machined, painted, assembled and packed castings. Our present production capacity amounts to almost 1.000 tons per year in 8 hours per day program.

Our whole production process complies with the directives imposed by our Quality Control Manual and follows the ISO 9002 standards. A close collaboration with our key customers from all over Europe has resulted in improving not only our quality standards but also the actually high level specialisation in the gas sealed castings.

In order to insure a constant high level of quality in all its production phases, our quality control laboratory tests both incoming ingot and melted metal, the exact permeability and particle-size of the moulding, mechanical characteristics and casting control (fluorescent penetrating liquids or through X-Ray).

When all these tests are positively carried out the correspondent conformity certificates are released.

In the first approach of REACH it goes over phase in materials (old materials). In the main these are the chemicals that many companies have in their selling program. One of the goals of REACH is the protection of the human health and the environment. With the investigation and restructuring of the materials which must be now registered an existing hole in the knowledge is closed as well as new realizations won. For chemical materials, which are brought in a quantity of more than 1 ton per year and manufacturer into traffic, the data regarding risks for humans and environment are necessarily. This has the consequence that for approximately 25,000 old materials, which are appropriate more over for this quantity threshold become necessary appropriate investigations in the context of a registration.

With REACH numerous legal regulations into the individual European Union states will disappear and will stay in only one regulation in summary. It is to be noted here that the described uses gave by the manufacturers are registered and so are to be released. Only after this release these uses are permitted and receive the so-called extended safety data sheet (basis data sheet plus appendix).
